Lamb Chops, Cumin, Salt, Lemon, White pepper powder.
The best lamb chops come from South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and Greece. If you’ve purchased lamb in the past and noticed a gamey taste, you can easily remedy this by adding lemon juice to the marinade. We’ll be cooking the lamb chops to medium-rare, which is the optimal way to enjoy this type of meat. Chimichurri Sauce, when drizzled over the grilled chops, creates a spectacular medley of flavors. This vibrant green sauce from Argentina blends fresh herbs, garlic, vinegar, and oil.
Add the juice of a freshly squeezed lemon to a bowl, along with olive oil, cumin powder, and white pepper powder. Mix and coat the lamb chops. Marinate for fifteen minutes. Lemon juice softens up the meat and reduces any gamy flavors. You can also marinate the meat for a longer period.

Start by adding butter to your grill pan. Butter is preferable to olive oil or other cooking oils for grilling lamb chops, as it enhances the flavor and intensifies the overall taste, elevating the meal. Place the lamb chops in the pan and grill them over high heat for about 2 minutes on each side for medium-rare doneness. Make the chimmichuri sauce, in a blender, combine fresh parsley, fresh oregano, Cajun spice, salt, pepper, garlic, lemon juice, red chili, and olive oil. Pulse the mixture for 1 or 2 rounds, and your sauce will be ready.
Once your chops are perfectly cooked, place them on a serving platter and generously drizzle chimichurri sauce over the top. Your guests will be impressed by this clever combination. You can also experiment with different types of marinades for the chops. For an Asian-inspired twist, consider a blend of soy sauce or hoisin sauce with a hint of sesame seed oil. This will give the lamb chops a delicious flair.
You can store the chops in the fridge for two to four days. Freezing lamb is relatively easy; it will keep for 2 to 3 months. You can reheat it in the microwave or in the oven.
Fried chips are delicious with this recipe, and consider pairing it with a fresh-flavored salad. Some delicious accompaniments are Creamy Mashed Potatoes, Hummus, Baba Ghanoush, and Watermelon Salad. Fresh soft rolls also add a wholesome flavor. You can also pair the Lamb chops with Roast Vegetables.
