Can of Corn, Red onion, Feta Cheese, Parsley, Salt, Pepper, Honey, Lime, Cumin, Garlic Powder, Olive oil.

Feta cheese adds creaminess, while the salad dressing comprises honey, salt, pepper, cumin, lime juice, garlic powder, and olive oil. Parsley adds a herbaceous flavor. Drain the can of corn. It is not necessary to rinse the corn; simply add the corn to a bowl. Cut the feta cheese into small pieces. Chop the parsley. Slice the red onion.

  • 80 grams Feta Cheese
  • 1/2 Red Onion – Small

Salad Dressing

  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder

Instructions

  • Preparation: Drain the liquid from the can of corn and discard. Slice the onion. Chop the parsley, cut the feta cheese. Add the ingredients to a bowl and whisk. Mix the ingredients and serve.
