Ingredients
4Tomatoes - grated
4Garlic cloves - minced
1½Onion - grated
Fresh parsley - chopped
Spices
1tspPaprika power
1tspDried Basil
1tspDried Oregano
½tspSalt
½tspPepper
½tspBrown sugar
Liquid
1TbspWorcestershire sauce
75gramsTomato paste
2TbspExtra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Prepare the vegetables: Roughly chop the garlic and the fresh parsley. Grate the tomatoes, onion and gather the ingredients.
Cook the garlic: Preheat the pot on medium low heat. Drizzle the olive oil, add the garlic and the dry ingredients and cook for two minutes.
Cook the tomato and onion: Add the grated tomato, Worcestershire sauce, onion extra olive oil and stir to mix. Cook the ingredients for thirty five minutes. Add the chopped parsley in the last five minutes of cooking.
Rest and then serve: Let it rest for five minutes. Garnish with fresh herbs and olive oil to serve.
