200gramsSpinach
2Garlic cloves

Instructions
Prepare the ingredients: Wash the baby spinach and shake off excess water. Finely chop the garlic. Gather salt and pepper.
Cook the garlic and spinach: Preheat the pan on medium low heat. Add olive oil and sauté the garlic for 1 to 2 minutes. Then, add the baby spinach in the pan and cook for 2 minutes while continuously stirring. Avoid over-cooking as the spinach will become dry. The liquid from the spinach combined with spices adds extra flavour to the dish. Garnish with sesame seeds to serve.
