Prepare the ingredients: Wash the baby spinach and shake off excess water. Finely chop the garlic. Gather salt and pepper.
Cook the garlic and spinach: Preheat the pan on medium-low heat. Add olive oil and sauté the garlic for 1 to 2 minutes. Then add the baby spinach to the pan and cook for 2 minutes, stirring continuously. The liquid from the spinach, combined with spices, adds extra flavour to the dish. Garnish with sesame seeds to serve.
