300gramsPenne Pasta- Uncooked
350gramsBeef Sausage

60mlFresh Cream
5tbspTomato Paste
½tspPaprika powder
½tspDried Oregano
½tspWhite pepper powder
⅓tspSalt- Adjust as needed

1Onion- Sliced
7Garlic cloves- Sliced
1Celery stalk- Sliced
Instructions
Slice the onions, mince the garlic and celery, and chiffonade the basil. Slice the beef sausages.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions and garlic on medium-low for 5-7 minutes. Add the sausages and cook until done. Stir in the spices and tomato paste with 1/4 cup of water. Boil salted water for pasta and cook until al-dente, about nine minutes.
Mix fresh cream into the sauce, combine with the drained pasta (reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water), and add basil leaves. Serve the sausage pasta topped with grated Parmesan or Grana Padano.
