Grill the Chicken: Wash the chicken breast and pat dry with a kitchen towel. Add flour, paprika powder, garlic powder and salt to a bowl. Coat the chicken with the seasoned flour and add cooking oil to a grill pan. Set the temperature to medium-low and add the chicken, grill on each side for eight minutes. Thereafter, turn off the heat and coat the chicken with the honey and soy sauce. Set aside.
Prepare the vegetables: Wash the cucumbers, red bell pepper, rocket leaves. Finely dice the red onion, chop the cucumbers and pepper. Add it to a salad bowl. Add the grilled chicken on top and drizzle the Italian salad dressing on the salad.
