If you’re preparing steak, this sauce will serve as the perfect accompaniment. Dijon mustard contributes its own flavor, so you can skip the sauce if you prefer, as the mustard already contains sodium. Parmesan cheese adds a creamy, cheesy richness, while heavy cream makes the sauce exceptionally smooth and velvety.
The primary ingredients that make this sauce exceptional are Dijon mustard and heavy cream. However, since it is a steak sauce, the juices from the grilled meat, along with rosemary and butter, are essential for enhancing the flavor.
