Instructions
Cucumber:
Grate the cucumber. Use a cheese cloth to squeeze out the excessive water. Make sure to remove as much liquid as possible. Mince the garlic clove. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix. Serve the Tzatziki with your favourite meal.
