Preparation: Slice the onion and finely dice the garlic. Wash the spinach and cut with a scissors or chop on a board. Clean and deshell the shrimps.
Caramelization: Add four tablespoons of grapeseed oil to the pan, add the onion and garlic. Caramelize on medium low heat for five to six minutes until it has browned perfectly. Add the spices. Mix well.
Spinach and Cream: Add the spinach and mix well. Thereafter add the heavy cream. Mix again.
Shrimps: Lay the shrimps on top of the creamy mixture and turn every one minute. Once the shrimps have turned from a greyish translucent to pink, the dish is ready.
