Ripe tomatoes

Onion

Lime

Parsley

Instructions
Chop the Vegetables:
Wash tomatoes and parsley. Dice tomatoes. Finely chop onions and parsley. Combine diced tomatoes, chopped onion and parsley.
Season the Salsa:
Season with salt, pepper and cumin. Cut the lime in half and squeeze juice into a bowl. Add the squeezed lime juice. Mix well.
