Ingredients

3cupsfresh parsley

1/2Onion
1Cucumber
1Garlic clove
1Tomato
Tabbouleh Salad Dressing
3Tbspolive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
3TbspLemon
Bulgur
3Tbspfine bulgur wheat
Instructions
Vegetables: Wash all the vegetables. Finely dice the onion, cucumber, garlic clove, and tomato (remove seeds of tomato)
Parsley: Remove the stalk just after it divides into 3 branches. The stalk can be stringy and tough to chew. After removing the stalk of the parsley, finely mince the parsley leaves.
Bulgur: Cook the bulgur in a pot. Add bulgur in the pot and then add water to submerge all the bulgur. Cook the bulgur in boiling water for 2 minutes, then cook for another 6 minutes on the lowest temperature. When the bulgur is cooked, mix them around to fluff it and let it cool down for 2 minutes.
Mix ingredients: Add all the prepared ingredients in a bowl, including the vegetables and bulgur. Add olive oil, fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper. Thoroughly mix the ingredients and serve.
