Instructions
Wash the rib-eye steak, trim excess fat, and cut into cubes. Heat a pan over medium-high, adding cooking oil and butter. Once the butter melts, add the steak. When the steak browns on the sides, add garlic and leeks, sauté for two minutes. Cook for 6-7 minutes for medium-well, or 3-4 minutes for rare.
