Instructions
De-shell and remove Shrimp veins: Ensure the shrimps are cleaned and deveined. Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. You can tear it into tiny pieces or add it to the food processor and pulse for a few seconds.
Food Processor: Combine the 200 grams of cleaned shrimp, ground white bread, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, spices in the food processor until smooth and cohesive. Be careful not to over-processed; a slightly textured consistency is ideal. Then add the remainder of the 200 grams of roughly chopped shrimp. Scoop out portions of the shrimp mixture and shape them into burger-sized patties. Gently coat in breadcrumbs.
Fry the Shrimp Patties: Heat a skillet on medium-high heat. Cook for two minutes until a golden brown crust forms. Let it rest for two minutes. Thereafter, arrange the shrimp patties on your burger buns with a choice of fillings. Consider cheese, slices of tomato, cucumber, and mayonnaise or hot sauce.
