White button mushrooms
- Washed and sliced.

Instructions
Preparation:
Dice the onions into small cubes, slice the garlic. Peel the mushrooms, wash thoroughly and slice.
Sauteing process:
Add oil to a pan, add the onions and garlic. Sauté for five to eight minutes until it is caramelized and golden brown. Add the mushrooms and cook for an additional eight minutes, add the spices and mix. Once the mushrooms are golden brown, remove off the stove-top and garnish with parsley. Serve.
