Ingredients
2cupsGreen beans
2TbspOlive oil/Butter
2Garlic cloves, minced
Spices
2TbspOyster sauce
1/2tspSugar
1/2tspBlack pepper
1/4tspSalt
Instructions
Cook the Garlic: Preheat a separate pan on medium-low heat. Drizzle the olive oil on the preheated pan and add the minced garlic. Stir the garlic to absorb the oil and cook it for 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Cook the Green beans: Set the temperature to medium-high. Add olive oil or butter. Add the green beans. Add salt, sugar, and pepper. Thoroughly mix. Add the oyster sauce and saute the green beans until they crisp up. It will take ten to twelve minutes. Add the crispy garlic on top of the green beans. Add pomegranate seeds on top. (Optional)
