Sauté the garlic: Rinse the garlic cloves in running water and roughly chop them. Preheat a pan on medium-low heat, drizzle the olive oil, and sauté the chopped garlic for two minutes. Add the oyster sauce and spices and stir for a few seconds.
Sauté the broccolini: Add the broccolini to the pan. Sauté the broccolini for two minutes on high heat. Make sure to coat the garlic, marinade, and broccolini well. Lower the heat to the lowest setting, and cover the pan with a lid. This process of steaming will take eight minutes. Squeeze fresh lemon juice, sprinkle some Parmesan cheese, and serve.
