Instructions
Prepare:
Wash and chop all the vegetables into tiny cubes. Chiffonade the mint leaves. Squeeze the juice of one lime and mix with grapeseed oil. Lightly season with salt. Add the vegetables and salad dressing into the salad bowl and toss to coat.
