500gramsChicken thigh Bone-in with skin
Wet ingredients
1/2cupYogurt
1Fresh lime juice
3TbspOlive oil
1tspGinger Paste
Dry ingredients
1cupFresh Parsley finely chopped
4Garlic cloves minced
1tspPaprika powder
1tspCumin powder
1/2 tspNutmeg powder
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspBlack pepper
1/2 tspGarlic powder
1/2 tspOnion powder
Instructions
Wash the chicken: Rinse the chicken thighs, pat them dry and place them on a casserole.
Marinate the chicken: Pour in the yogurt and olive oil into the casserole. Squeeze the lime and add the ginger paste. Add the finely chopped parsley, garlic cloves, paprika powder, cumin powder, nutmeg powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
Mix the ingredients: Rub the spices into the chicken thighs. Make sure to place the chicken skin facing up. Cover the casserole with cling wrap and leave the marinated chicken in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Bake the chicken: Preheat the oven to 400'C. Remove the chicken from the fridge and put it into the oven. Bake the chicken for one hour and ten minutes.
