1Green bell pepper – sliced
400gramsCan Tomato – chopped and peeled
2TbspOlive oil

3TbspWorcestershire sauce
½tspBrown sugar
1tspDried Oregano
1tspDried Basil
1tspGinger powder
1tspOnion powder
1tspSalt
½tspGround black pepper
Instructions
Prepare the ingredients: Rinse the chicken in running water. Make sure that the skin of the chicken thigh covers the meat. This allows the chicken to remain juicy and moist. Slice the onion and green bell pepper into chunky bits.
Prepare a casserole: Preheat the oven to 200ºC or 400ºF. Pour the tomato sauce into the casserole, add the onion, garlic, bell pepper, and spices, and stir to mix the tomato sauce gravy.
Bake the chicken thighs: Place the chicken thighs on top of the tomato sauce, with the skin side facing up. Bake the chicken for fifty minutes.
