Ingredients
1CupGreen olives – pitted
½ CupWalnuts
2SmallGarlic cloves
½ Cup Fresh mint
2TbspPomegranate molasses
PinchSalt
2TbspExtra Virgin Olive oil
Instructions
Prepare the ingredients: Finely mince the garlic cloves. Use one garlic clove if you prefer less garlicky taste. Wash the mint and separate leaves. Then finely chop the mint leaves. Finely crush the walnuts.
Add it to a bowl: Prepare a bowl and add in the green olives, minced garlic cloves, chopped mint leaves, crushed walnuts, pomegranate molasses and the olive oil. Adding salt is optional, as the green olives are salty on their own.
Mix it up: Stir and mix all the ingredients together and serve.
