Preparation: Finely dice the garlic cloves. Slice the red chili. Squeeze the juice of the lime into a small bowl.
Make the sauce: Add the butter to a pan and brown the butter for three minutes until it turns golden, it will emit a nutty taste. Thereafter, add the garlic, red chili, fish sauce, tamarind sauce and rapidly stir the sauce until it is well combined. Turn off the heat and serve the lime butter sauce.
