Instructions
Cook the Relish: Finely dice the onion, tomato and garlic. Add it to a preheated pot on medium heat. Add olive oil and butter. Add the spices. Add a small amount of water and cook the composition until it reduces to a relish.
Mashed Potatoes: Add cubed and peeled potatoes to a pot of boiling water. Add a pinch of salt. After the potatoes have softened, remove from the stove and mash it up. Add butter, salt, white pepper and sour cream.
Cook the Lamb Chops: Wash your lamb chops and pat dry. Heat up your pan on medium high heat, drizzle olive oil. This should take two to three minutes per side on medium high heat. Brown your lamb chops in the pan.
Assemble: Add the mashed potatoes to a plate, followed by the tomato relish. Add the Lamb Chops.
