Mashed Potatoes: Add cubed and peeled potatoes to a pot of boiling water. Add a pinch of salt. After the potatoes have softened, remove from the stove and mash it up. Add butter, salt, white pepper and cream.
Cook the Lamb Chops: Wash your lamb chops and pat dry. Heat up your pan on medium-high heat, drizzle olive oil. This should take two to three minutes per side. Brown your lamb chops in the pan. Add the mashed potatoes to a plate. Add the Lamb Chops.
