Instructions
Boil 1 1/4 cup of water. Add 1 cup rice to your pot.
Cover with Pot lid and cook for 12 minutes. After 12 minutes, turn off the heat and leave the pot covered. Let the rice rest for 10 minutes. Fluff up the rice and serve.
