Wash and clean the chicken breasts if they are too large. Cut into cubes. Peel the garlic and slice. Add butter to a pan on medium low heat, add the sliced garlic, add the cubed chicken and cook until the chicken is brown.
Make the sauce in a bowl, add the ingredients and mix. Add the sauce to the chicken and cook for two to four minutes. Thereafter, remove the chicken into a bowl, and sauté the green beans and pepper with 1 tbsp of oyster sauce or dark soy sauce for three to five minutes. Combine the ingredients such as the chicken with the veggies and serve on rice. Garnish with black sesame seeds or parsley.
