Instructions
Cook the Chicken: Add flour in a dish and coat the chicken with flour on all sides. This helps the sauce to lather on the chicken. Preheat a pan on high heat. Melt the butter on the pan and cook the chicken on the pan for 3 minutes. Turn the chicken and cook for 3 minutes.
Cook the Garlic: Lower the temperature to the lowest, add 2 Tbsp olive oil and add the minced garlic cloves in the pan, and sauté the garlic for 1 minute. Keep in mind that the garlic will quickly turn brown. While the garlic is getting sautéed, turn the chicken breasts once and move them around the pan to coat them with garlic oil.
Create the Sauce and add the Spices: Add vinegar, soy sauce, mustard, honey, water, peanuts, paprika powder and pepper in the pan.Stir to mix the sauce on the pan and increase the temperature to medium-low heat. When the sauce is mixed, coat the chicken breasts with the sauce and simmer for 2 minutes while occasionally stirring the sauce.
Garnish: Garnish with parsley, mushrooms and serve with bulgur or rice.
