400gramNile Perch
4tbspCooking oil
Spices
1/2tspSalt
1/2tspWhite Pepper
1/2tspGarlic powder
1tbspFlour
1/2tspPaprika powder
Instructions
Coat the fish: Wash the fish and pat dry with a kitchen towel. Add flour, paprika powder, garlic powder, white powder and salt. Preheat the stove to medium-low heat.
Cook the fish: Addcooking oil to a grill pan. Add the fish and cook for five minutes on each side for five minutes. Thereafter, grill for an additional one minute on one side to ensure that the inside of the fish is properly grilled. Coat with Lime butter sauce and serve.
