¼ cup Extra virgin olive oil
¼ cupApple cider vinegar

Instructions
Make the salad dressing: Prepare a medium size bowl for salad dressing. Add all the salad dressing ingredients and stir them to mix. Let it rest while preparing the salad ingredients.
Chop the veggies: Cut the cucumbers in circles in ¼ inch thickness. Slice the green pepper in chunky cubes. Halve the cherry tomatoes and thinly slice the red onions.
Mix the ingredients: Add all the ingredients in the salad bowl, except the feta cheese. Also add the salad dressing and mix to coat the salad with the dressing. Add the feta cheese after mixing the salad with the dressing so that it maintains the shape.
