¾cupBrown sugar
¾cupAll purpose flour
½tspSalt
Wet Ingredients
8TbspButter
2tspVanilla extract
2Large eggs
Instructions
Step 1: Before you begin, set the oven to 180º C. Then, prepare the dry and wet ingredients. Roughly chop the dark chocolate and reserve 50 grams. Prepare a large bowl and sift the dry ingredients like all-purpose flour, salt, brown sugar, and cocoa powder.
Step 2: Add chopped chocolates to a bowl and melt them in the microwave. In another bowl, melt the butter in the microwave, and then completely dissolve the brown sugar in the melted butter. Add the eggs and the vanilla extract into the butter-sugar mix. Whisk the eggs and mix all the flavours. Now, pour the melted chocolate into the butter and egg mixture and mix them thoroughly.
Step 3: Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients. Mix them thoroughly until the mixture becomes a uniform color.
Step 4: Prepare a casserole and rub butter on the inner surface of the casserole. Apply the parchment paper to the casserole and pour the brownie mixture onto the parchment paper. Transfer the casserole to the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
Step 5: Remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool down. Once the brownies are cool enough, rest in the fridge for 3 hours.
