Instructions
Preheat Oven and Prepare ingredients: Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Gather all the ingredients. Roughly chop the milk chocolate, reserving 50 grams for topping. Sift together flour, salt, brown sugar, and cocoa powder in a large bowl.
Melt Chocolates and Butter: Melt the chopped chocolate and butter separately in the microwave. Combine melted butter with sugar until fully dissolved.
Mix Liqued Ingredients: Add eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, then whisk. Pour in the melted chocolate and mix until combined.
Combine Mixtures: Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until uniform.
Prepare Baking Dish: Grease a casserole dish with butter and line it with parchment paper. Pour in the brownie mixture. Bake for 25 minutes. Once done, let cool and refrigerate for 3 hours.
