Instructions
Prepare the rice:
Cook white rice in a rice cooker or on the stovetop using a 1:1.5 rice-to-water ratio. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes after cooking.
Slice the vegetables:
Peel and slice the onion, chop the ginger and garlic, and wash the dill.
Cook the ingredients:
In a frying pan, heat oil and sauté onions and ginger for 3-5 minutes on medium-high heat.
Mix:
Add the cooked rice and sauté for 3 minutes. Mix in dill and cook for another minute. Serve with your main meal.
