Ingredients
TwoCorn Cobs- (Peeled)
ThreeTablespoonsButter
TwoTablespoonsOlive oil - (Omit if you are grilling after a protein or using one of the following: Beef tallow or Duck Fat)
Instructions
Preparation: Peel the green husks from the corn. Remove any remaining strings from the husks. Cut out the extra piece of cob sticking out. Make sure to be careful using a knife on this as it may be tough to cut through.
Grill: Preheat the grill pan on medium-low heat. Place the halved corns on the grill when the lamb fat begins to melt. Turn the corn every two minutes and rotate the corn to cook the next “zone” The corn is cooked when it turns golden-brown all around. Serve with a block of butter on the corn (optional).
