200gramsTagliatelle pasta
100mlFresh Cream

300gramsCalamari
300grams Shrimps- Peeled, deveined.
Spices
½tspGarlic powder
½tspPaprika powder
½tspChili flakes
Vegetables
½Onion
3Garlic cloves- Sliced.
Instructions
Prep the food: Wash the calamari and shrimp, remove shrimp shells, and slice the calamari. Chop onions and finely dice garlic. Start boiling water for tagliatelle. Once bubbling, cook for 8 minutes.
Sauté: In a pot, heat oil and butter over medium-low. Sauté onions and garlic until golden. Add paprika, garlic powder, and chili flakes; mix well.
Add Cream and Seafood: Mix the cream into the sautéed onion and garlic, then add seafood. Cook on medium-low heat for 4 minutes, until the calamari turns white.
Serve: Drain pasta and add it to the seafood mix along with chopped parsley, juice of 1/4 lemon, and 3 tbsp pasta water. Mix well. Top with more parsley and, if desired, grated Parmesan. Adjust salt to taste and enjoy!
