Instructions
Prepare the ingredients: Finely chop the garlic cloves, onion, fresh parsley and oregano. Begin to cook the pasta at this stage and follow the time duration mentioned on the pasta packet. Make sure to reserve some pasta water before draining the pasta.
Cook the aromatics: Preheat a pan to medium low heat. Add olive oil, garlic and onion, stir to mix and sauté for two minutes.
Cook the spices: Add the fresh parsley, paprika, nutmeg, dried parsley, fresh oregano, ground white pepper, salt, tomato paste and olive oil. Cook the spice and aromatic mixture for three minutes.
Cook the creamy sauce: Add the cooking cream, two tablespoons of cooked pasta water, and simmer the creamy sauce for ten minutes on low heat with a semi closed lid.
Mix the bowtie pasta and the creamy sauce: Add the bowtie pasta into the creamy sauce. Gently toss to coat the bowtie pasta with the creamy sauce, and cook the ingredients for five minutes on the lowest heat.
Garnish and serve: Garnish with fresh herbs to serve.
