Blend ingredients: Add parsley leaves, Oregano leaves, Red chili and 3 garlic cloves. It takes a few seconds to accomplish the right texture and consistency.
Add the lemon juice: Squeeze the lemon juice into the blender. Blend everything for a few seconds. Move the herb mixture into a bowl and add the remaining ingredients into the mix. Add 1/2 tsp salt and pepper. Add olive oil into the bowl. Stir everything well and serve.
