Tzatziki Preparation: Wash and grate a cucumber using the largest part of a box grater. Place the grated cucumber in cheesecloth and squeeze to remove excess juice. Finely chop dill and combine it with the cucumber in a bowl. Add Greek yogurt, vinegar, olive oil, and salt. Mix well and refrigerate.
Meatball Preparation: In a large bowl, finely chop parsley and garlic. Add ground chicken, spices, breadcrumbs, garlic, egg, and parsley; mix until combined. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, and set aside on a plate.
Frying: Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry meatballs for 1 to 2 minutes on each side until cooked through. Refrigerate any leftovers and enjoy the meatballs with the tzatziki!
