Instructions
Masala: Clean the chicken and cut them into chunky pieces. Prepare a large bowl to make the chicken masala. Add the sour milk , chili powder, chili flakes and the rest of the spices. Mix the spices in the bowl and thoroughly coat the chicken with masala. Rest the masala for 2 hrs in the fridge.
Cooking: Preheat the pan on medium high heat. Drizzle the cooking oil on the pan. Add a pinch of cumin seeds and butter. Cook half an onion until golden brown. When the onion is cooked, place the onion in the center of chicken curry.
