Instructions
Cook the Bulgur:
In a saucepan, combine ¼ cup of bulgur wheat, brown sugar with ½ cup of water and 1/2 cup of milk. Bring to a boil on medium low heat. Simmer until bulgur is tender. This step will take approximately 5 minutes.
Serve:
Add your favourite toppings and enjoy.
