Instructions
Prepare the ingredients:
Wash the garlic chives, then place them in a large bowl and add fish sauce.
Marinate
: Let sit for ten minutes. Meanwhile, in a small pan, mix rice flour with water over medium-low heat until a paste forms.
Mix:
Combine this paste with sesame seed oil, honey, and gochugaru to make a red pepper paste, then add it to the garlic chives.
