Instructions
Preparation: Peel and cube carrots, dice onions, chop celery, and mince garlic. Preheat a pot over medium-low heat. Add onions, garlic, and carrots; cook until golden (about 3 minutes).
Adding Seasonings and Meats: Stir in nutmeg, salt, oregano, basil, and celery powder. Add oyster sauce (or red wine/vinegar), beef mince, beef stock cube, and tomato passata. Simmer the sauce for 10 minutes
Simmer: Reduce the heat and simmer for 45 minutes; add water if too thick. Stir occasionally. Mix in heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes; taste and adjust seasonings.
