100gramsBlueberries
250gramsKale Leaves
1/4cupPecan nuts
1Avocado
Salad dressing
1tspWater
3tspOlive oil
3tspBalsamic vinegar
1/2tspDijon mustard
2tspHoney
1/4tspSalt
1/4tspBlack Pepper
Instructions
Prepare ingredients: Rinse all ingredients and set aside. Cut the Avocado into cubes. Cut the Pecan nuts. Add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix well.
Massage Kale Leaves: Add the Salad dressing to Kale leaves and massage well. Let it rest for five minutes. Add the Kale leaves, pecan nuts, blueberries and avocado into a salad bowl and mix. Serve.
