Preparation: Set the temperature to 350’F or 175’C. Add the peeled bananas to a large bowl and mash it up with a fork. Sift the dry ingredients: All purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients: Add the butter and brown sugar, then beat until combined. Then add the eggs and continue beating the ingredients. Add the lemon juice, vanilla extract, and bananas. Mix until it forms bubbles with a runny consistency. Pour in the banana-egg mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients. Make sure not to overmix the batter. If you are using an electric mixer, set the speed to the lowest speed. Only whisk until you no longer see the white flour.
Bake in Oven: Place the mixture in the oven and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Avoid opening the oven, which allows the heat to escape and the baking time may be longer than expected.
