1/2cupBrown sugar
2Largeeggs
3LargeBanana (mashed)
2TbspFresh lemon juice
1 1/2Vanilla extract
Instructions
Preparation: Set the temperature to 350’F or 175’C. Add the peeled bananas to a large bowl and mash it up with a fork. Sift the dry ingredients: All purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients: Add the butter and brown sugar and beat until they are mixed. Then, add the eggs and continue to beat the ingredients. Add the lemon juice, vanilla extract and bananas. Mix until it forms bubbles with a runny consistency. Pour in the banana-egg mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients. Make sure not to over mix the batter. If you are using an electric mixture, set the speed on the lowest. Only whisk until you no longer see the white flours.
Bake in Oven: Place the mixture in the oven and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Avoid opening the oven, which allows the heat to escape and the baking time may be longer than expected.
