100gramsCherry tomatoes - halved
½cupFresh Oregano
1cupFresh Parsley – roughly chopped
1Red Onion – thinly sliced
1tspBalsamic vinegar
¼tspSalt
¼tspGround black pepper
Instructions
Prepare the ingredients: Rinse the parsley, oregano and cherry tomatoes. Roughly chop the parsley and halve the cherry tomatoes. Use half of the red onion and thinly slice it.
Mix the salad: Prepare a salad bowl, add the prepared vegetables and add in the balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Toss to mix the vegetables and coat them with the vinaigrette.
