8Beef Meatballs

1Onion- Large, Sliced
7Garlic Cloves- Sliced
1/4CupPasta Water
4tbspHeavy Cream
Spices

50gramsJalapeno Chilies- Sliced
50gramsOlives- Sliced
50Salami- Sliced
Instructions
Meatballs and Pasta: Cook the meatballs on medium-low temperature. Remove from the pot and set aside. Make the penne pasta and cook it for 8 minutes. Reserve Pasta water, about 1/2 cup. Drain the rest of the pasta.
Aromatics: Cook the onions, garlic, jalapeno chilies, salami on medium-low heat. Add the olives, tomato paste and feta cheese. Mix well. Add the Napoleata sauce.
Assemble the Baked Ziti: Add the pasta to the pasta sauce and mix well. Add the pasta water. Mix well and fill the casserole to the top with the pasta mixture. Add the roumy cheese. Bake for 15 minutes at 145 Celsius or 293 Fahrenheit. Remove from oven and let it rest for five minutes. Thereafter, serve.
