Nothing says summer like a cool, refreshing peach mocktail. Sweet, citrusy, and perfectly chilled with ice. Made with a combination of citrus flavors and peachy sweetness, it is a perfect beverage for casual gatherings and pool parties.

Peaches are a summer fruit, often available from June through August. With rising temperatures around the world, many people are looking for ways to cool down. Peaches have a sweet, floral, and bright flavor, softly nuanced by the taste of blossom and nectar.
Peaches, Lime Juice, Honey, Sparkling Water, Ice Cubes, Mint Leaves.
Choose fully ripe peaches. If they haven’t reached full maturity, you can use peach juice in its place and the fresh peaches for garnish. Lime juice adds a citrus flavor. Honey provides sweetness; you can use brown sugar in its place. Sparkling soda water adds fizziness. If using store-bought peach juice in place of fresh peaches, you can omit the honey or brown sugar. With a focus on crisp citrus notes, the sweetness in this peach mocktail remains pleasantly subtle rather than overpowering.
Wash and peel the peaches, then slice them. In a blender, combine the sliced peaches, lime juice, and honey, and blend until smooth. Strain the mixture to remove any pulp for a smooth consistency. Combine the peach juice with chilled sparkling soda over ice and garnish with a mint leaf. For a larger group, mix equal parts store-bought peach juice and soda water, then add lime juice and a small amount of brown sugar. Use a peach slice and mint leaves as garnishes. The peach mocktail is now ready to be enjoyed. This delicious summer drink is perfect for picnics and relaxing days at home.
When using store-bought peach juice mixed with soda water, the mixture can be refrigerated for 2 to 4 days. For optimal freshness, it is advisable to prepare the drink just before serving, as the soda’s carbonation will be at its peak. Fresh peaches can be stored for up to 48 hours before use.
